Information
The Stone House Group was first retained by Garrison Forest in 2008 to perform a Facilities Conditions Assessment (FCA) and benchmarking study of their campus. Through this process, The Stone House Group identified nearly $13 Million in daily service, cycle maintenance, deferred maintenance, and modernization needs. The Stone House Group returned in 2014 to provide a second FCA as part of a comprehensive facilities stewardship plan.

The Stone House Group continues to provide services to Garrison Forest School, including energy procurement.
