Information

St. Luke’s University Health Network is developing 500 acres of land in Bethlehem Township, Northampton County over the next 20 years. The construction includes 251,000 square feet of new space consisting of a 77,000 square foot medical office building, a 126,000 square foot acute care inpatient hospital, and a 48,000 square foot freestanding Cancer Center. The Stone House Group was contracted by two separate construction management firms to provide services on the three projects.

Continuous SHG Involvement

The Stone House Group is currently providing commissioning services and building envelope consulting services for St. Luke’s Monroe Campus Hospital and Medical Office Building projects, Anderson Campus Medical Office Building and Hospital Expansion projects, and the Upper Bucks Hospital project.
