With the goal of helping organizations improve Building Stewardship, The Stone House Group is founded by Larry Eighmy, Darren Cassel, and Rob Butch in the small stone house seen below.

The Stone House Group was facing the exciting challenge of outgrowing its office space due to rapid expansion and an increase in employees. The company's success and growth created a need for a larger and more accommodating workspace in South Bethlehem's Flatiron Building to support its continued operations and future endeavors.

The Stone House Group's newly renovated office space achieved LEED Gold certification. The company's office space was designed to be sustainable and environmentally friendly. The renovation included the installation of energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems, as well as the use of recycled and renewable materials.

This year, The Stone House Group is celebrating a major milestone - 25 years of innovation and dedication to delivering quality service to our valued clients.
