Sustainable Energy Fund is an organization dedicated to breaking down financial, educational, and regulatory barriers to a sustainable energy future. SEF financially aids entities such as small businesses, municipalities, and nonprofits to reduce the consumption of energy from non-sustainable resources.

SEF designed their new office building to be net zero - its energy consumption is less than or equal to its energy generation. It is designed to reveal energy efficient systems to educate visitors about energy efficiency. The Stone House Group (SHG) conducted Owner’s Representation and Commissioning for the building.
